Do I need a permit for a shed in Ohio?
It depends on your township or city. Most Ohio municipalities don't require a permit for sheds under 100 sq ft, but rules vary. We can help you figure out what your specific township requires before delivery.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes - and it's free within 50 miles of our lot. Our crew brings the shed on a custom trailer and places it on your site. Have it set on gravel, concrete blocks, or 4×4s. Site must be level and accessible to our truck.
What payment options do you accept?
Cash, credit card, Rent-to-Own, or 90 days same as cash. RTO requires no credit check - shed delivery is typically 1-2 weeks after your down payment.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 7-14 days. We'll give you a real window when you reserve.
What if my yard isn't level?
Make sure your yard is level in the spot you want the shed prior to delivery. We recommend a gravel pad, and have concrete blocks and 4×4s ready to set the shed on.
Can I see a shed before I buy?
Yes. We have an open lot - visit anytime during business hours. All sheds are first come, first served.
Do you deliver out of state?
Yes, but out-of-state orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. Rent-to-Own is not available for out-of-state deliveries.
